the shock that is on there at the moment is the shockworks with rebound and a 550 weight spring never used that shock to be honest thats why it comes with the fox vannila r which needs a service but the shockworks is nearly new you can kill that in the meantime then get the fox fixed but you can still ride but your question about spring weight i am about your weight and yes 550 okay not to soft when you put the power through the cranks and still takes the bigger hits let me know.

hi 60 pound posted to surrey and yes it is standard headset size, 68 b/b all normal sizes i would plug a dj fork in it and go rag it any more info let me know cheers from matt.
